TELESERVICE

All assembly systems manufactured by Velomat are equipped with an apparatus for a remote connection that allows, in case of need, our skilled technicians to connect to the headquarters of the company, to carry out prompt and targeted intervention significantly reducing downtime and support costs.
The remote connection is established via a VPN protected with the PLC.

SPARE PARTS SERVICE

The machines and equipment made by Velomat are designed to have a long productive life with no deterioration. However, to guarantee efficient maintenance, Velomat ensures its clients the availability of all spare parts for the entire assembly cycle of its machines. Traceability of all components used in the construction of the machine, including design details which are identified by unique codes, enable our customers’ engineering process / maintenance to quickly and safety identify items to be replaced or revised.

The Spare parts can be ordered by contacting our customer service, indicating Machine Serial Code, Year of Construction, Code Number, Description and Quantity required.
